We collect personal information such as name, contact numbers, email address, physical address for certificate pickup/delivery, and copies of your official documents/certificates required for processing your apostille or embassy attestation requests.
Your personal data is used solely to process document authentication with relevant government bodies (notaries, State Home Departments, Ministry of External Affairs, and respective foreign embassies) and to arrange courier dispatch of your legalized certificates.
We implement a strict protocol of secure storage, digital encryption, and authorized access. Original physical documents are locked safely and handled only by verified verification agents. We never share or sell your data to any third-party marketing services.
We retain certificate details and transaction histories only as long as necessary to complete your authentication service and fulfill statutory accounting or warranty support requirements, after which scans are deleted securely.
