Honey Attestation provides helper services for document notary, state HRD/Home department clearance, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) apostille sticker, and embassy legalisation. We act as an agent on behalf of the customer to process certificates through official channels.
Customers warrant that all certificates submitted for verification are authentic, genuine, and legally obtained. Honey Attestation reserves the right to reject document handling and report to authorities if any certificates are suspected of being forged or falsified.
Estimated timelines are subject to Government schedules, state-level verification clearances, and Embassy processing queues. Honey Attestation is not liable for delayed processing timelines arising from public holidays, administrative backlogs, or policy changes inside embassies.
Original certificates are transported via registered national couriers (like DHL, Blue Dart, or similar). While we take every effort to secure document safety, we are not liable for accidental loss or transit delays resulting from courier service errors or force majeure incidents.
Quotations are calculated based on government fees, embassy charges, and handling costs. Fees once paid to government/embassy departments are non-refundable. Service fee refunds are governed strictly by the progress of the clearance phases reached.
